Ultrasonic bonding is such an industrial technique where high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to work pieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld without adhesive. In ultrasonic line bonding machine, there are no connective bolts, nails, soldering materials, or adhesives necessary to bind or cut and seal the fabric edge with smooth curve & design.
