3 Production: This is the final stage to make bonded garments and is a different engineering designed and manufacturing techniques where all design and techniques are engaged to make over physical inputs (e.g. raw materials) and indistinguishable inputs (e.g. ideas) into a qualified finish products. Beside the following standard work or operation procedure, some unavoidable steps to be perform as:
a) Have to review the 1st sample in all aspect with wash performance report.
b) Have to check machine condition in every hour & record it to log resister.
c) Have to make in-process mock-up for test during bulk production following ‘lab test manual & frequency’ to ensure quality product.
d) Have to check wash performance report in every week during bulk production.
